Recordings are only saved in the cloud for 30 days for all tiers of users. If the user needs to archive their recordings in OneDrive, they need to do so within 30 days.
The following note applies to both public and admin portal scenarios. Only Chrome appears to allow the download of multiple files in .mp4 (video) format at this time. The other three browsers only appear to allow .m4a (audio-only) format when downloading all recordings at once. Replace 2 in the screenshot with any number of videos that are found in your portal.
Once the session is over and the videos have been processed, the host will receive the following email with cloud recording information. The first link will require host credentials at zoom.com. The second link is the public link to the same videos.
